What is West Coast Weekender?

A Music Festival – World-class performers from the underground scene

Where is the venue?

To celebrate our 5 year milestone, we will be returning back to San Diego to The Lafayette Hotel, Swim Club & Bungalows, with daily events and activities held daily from Friday June 4 – Monday June 8 with our infamous cool down pool party on Monday! Friday evening we go late at Spin, and Saturday evening we will head down to the harbor to take in the skyline and sunset at Coasterra.

Is this a 21+ event?

Yes, the event is 21 and over. Everyone must have a valid ID.

How can I book a room?

You can fill out the form and put in a room request at https://westcoastweekender.net/hotel-rooms/. Rooms are reserved exclusively for West Coast Weekender ticket holders and cannot be booked directly.

Is there parking?

Parking is available for hotel guests at Lafayette (for a discounted fee), but Uber or Lyft are strongly encouraged otherwise.

Does my name need to match my ticket?

Yes. Please be aware of scammers and fake third party ticket vendors when buying re-sell tickets.

What types of payments do you take?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover credit and PayPal.

Is there disability access at the event?

Yes. All of our venues are ADA compliant and our goal is to ensure that everyone who attends has a great experience.

What if it rains?

Outdoor shows would be moved to inside rooms. The show will go on, rain or shine.

Will you have merch?

A limited amount of exclusive Weekender gear will be available during the event.

Do you have lockers?

Lockers will not be available.

Can I bring a professional camera?

Nope–sorry. No drones, DSLR or professional cameras (any cameras with a removable lens), unless otherwise authorized by West Coast Weekender. Camera phones are fine.

Will you have food?

We will have a wide assortment of food, including vegan and vegetarian options, available at The Lafayette Hotel, Swim Club & Bungalows.

Will there be first aid stations?

Yes, a first aid station will be available.

  • Outside food + drink [sealed outside food allowed for those who have a documented need (must have Dr.'s note that matches ID)]
  • Drugs/drug paraphernalia
  • Large backpacks (under 12×12 inches & fanny packs OK, others must be put into coat/bag check)
  • Glass bottles or containers
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Laser pointers
  • Audio recording devices
  • Professional photo/video cameras
  • Drones
  • Totems
  • Chalk, markers, sharpies
  • Stickers/flyers/solicitations
  • Pets (guide/service dogs OK)

Allowed Items

  • Prescribed medication (in container with matching ID to be checked at entry and only containing the number of doses needed for duration of event as prescribed on the pill container.)
  • Cell phones

  • Small backpacks/purses (12×12 or smaller)
  • Blankets/towels
  • Sunscreen
  • Empty 24oz (or less) non-glass bottle (Nalgene style)
